Late getting back to you, since my connection went down (hurricane related?). Agreed that Atta and co. were mobile and secretive -- but what these guys might have going for them is the FBI is "reluctant" to search Mosques (according to a story posted on FR last week); more than one mosque is headed by an MD -- what better hiding place for anthrax, with antibiotics readily available from their leader?
