Is PalTalk's icon at the bottom of your screen?

I don't have any other applications running.

Be....I didn't have Pal Talk running.....it was just quietly in the background....I think it uses your sound card connections--just in case you decide to fire them up. Regardless of how it works, the only way I could get the RadioFR was to 'exit' pal talk's icon on the tray at the bottom of my screen. :)
