I'd advice you to vote for Earley ... he's a LOT better than the alternative. Many hardcore Republicans (Jack Kemp for example were members of the NAACP; it was a cool group once). Besides, Earley was once a 'Rat. It takes a while to shake the fleas off ... Just ask Ronald Reagan and Bret Schundler ...

Secondly, the man has already learnt his lesson on how much he needs to respect the Second Amendment ... you should have seen his answer on the NRA questionnaire. He may have voted for a tax increase once or twice (every politician has done this; 'Rats have sometimes voted for tax cuts y'know) but if Warner had ever been in the Legislature he would have a much uglier record.

In other words, Earley is a WHOLE LOT better than Warner. Secondly, after going through all this (in a Conservative state) Earley now knows he can't mess with his Conservative base. He's gonna keep us happy or else he knows we'll slit his throat ...

SO PLEASE GO OUT AND VOTE!!!

Schundler and Reagan were once Democraps. But they got over that pretty easily. Earley, apparently, hasn't. If Schundler were running in VA, I'd vote for him in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, he isn't.
