Keep bombing, keep attacking--total victory is inevitable. The peaceniks need to go back to hugging trees and protesting on behalf of furry animals.

The Taliban - Yes. And they have condemmed all American Citizens to Death. They did this verbally and by written statements. So, they have decided that IF you are not a MOSLEM and you live in the USA then you are BAD. If you aren't a Moslem but live outside of the USA you are still BAD. That is very Black and White. I reside incredulous that you can not realize this. Remember, in any discourse, only one side needs to set the "rules of engagement". However, could they be giving us mixed signals? Have you some indications that they believe in the "shades of Gray" theory of judicial interpetation? If so, show me. The Taliban has always been very vocal about this issue. Maybe I am ignorant of their allowances for exceptions.

Hum...Who else holds the GUNS? The USA. Yep that's right. And the President made it really clear also. His first speech on this subject was crystal clear. To paraphrase. If you don't agree that this war is a Black and White issue then you agree with the Taliban.

The logic is very straight forward. Work out the logical progression of the process. (To do this you must assume that being an American wants to live and continue to living their life in relative Freedom. If you don't assume that then the logic changes.)

What does it change into? That's right... We're backed in a wall here. And I for one would do what ever it takes to maintain my LIFE. ANYTHING.

Differences in opinion? Maybe, but it is obvious that I personally value LIFE more than you do. You are willing to throw away lives under the guise of being "peace loving". Indeed inaction or intentional variations of that theme shows your obvious colors of naivety. You advocate what? That we follow the avenues used by such formally great nations as Nargansautt, the Allegeny, the Kittanning, and the Osweigo. What you haven't heard of them? Oh that's right... they are all DEAD!!!!!

I'd further note that there are some fights that one can't back down from honorably. Anybody who doesn't understand that after September 11 lacks the tools to discuss current events intelligently. And anybody who thinks war is just another plank on a political platform is not merely ignorant, but horribly immature.
