I couldn't get you link to work, but since I built the wife and I a little kitchen in our log home, I've been baking biscuits for breakfast every day.

Only 1/2 cup of Crisco per seven biscuits...not counting the bacon, cheese, and egg...

Crisco is the original man-made "partially hydrogenated" fat--in other words, a trans-fatty acid. There is some concern that artificial trans-fatty acids may be especially harmful to cardiovascular health. There is much dispute over this issue. Personally, I'd rather be safe than sorry.
