President Bush began the week by speaking to the African Growth and Opportunity Forum, urging African nations to ratify a 1999 anti-terrorism pact so that they will have extra resources to help fight any future assaults by the al-Qaida network or other would-be terrorists. He later met for the first time with the Homeland Security Council and announced that the US will seek to tighten restrictions on foreign student visas in an effort to bar the entry of immigrants who commit or support terrorist acts. Later in the afternoon, Attn. Gen. Ashcroft announced another nationwide and worldwide alert of US interests due to credible threats that more terrorism strikes will happen this week. Just another day in the life of President Bush... Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

The people on Free Republic who make negative comments about President Bush in a time of war need to read this.
Jim Robinson wrote a patriotic article about the need for
Free Republic to stand united behind President Bush
and the need for national security.
Jim's full statement is at the very top and should be read by all.
"We must unite behind our Commander-in-chief and do all we possibly can to support him and our war efforts."
..."Also, as I said above, it is essential for all of us to unite behind our President. Now is not the time to seek political advantage. Now is not the time to raise doubts about our government or our military, and now is not the time to post conspiracy theory or to engage in smear attacks." Loose Lips Sinks Ships Author: Jim Robinson

As always, thanks for the great pics rintense.
Although I was raised a diehard Michigan fan, I may just have to root for MSU this weekend (?), just for all you do! I've been in Ohio 25 years now and can't tell you how much I'm enjoying those Buckeyes this year! :^)

You won't find me bad mouthing President Bush. Not only did I vote for him, I also support him and my country's military 100%. I DO NOT expect them to be perfect. I don't know anything about perfect, so who am I to complian. It makes me angry when others act or talk like they could do better. If they are so good, they should run for president and see how they do!

I love the look on Gale Norton's face when she looks at President Bush. She's absolutely bonkers over him -- just like the rest of us. :)

Boy! Do I need the calming influence of the Dose tonight after all the alerts going on.
Seeing President Bush and his team on the job hourly and day by day gives the lie to those malcontents who have started whinning incessantly.
I love the Bush picture with the green background and the one of Rumsfeld.

It looks like President Bush got some decent rest at Camp David. He looks much better than he did Friday.
AAAAHHHHhhh..... a full 10 months plus of saying "the President" without having to gag.
Thank you everyone who voted for this man.
Thank God for President George W. Bush!

That is one awesome pic of Rummy! It would make a great poster with lot's possibilities for captions. He has that "don't mess with me" look.
OK RWP, can you do some creative magic and put Rummy on a billboard??? :-)
