Bob Barr is correct 99.999999% of the time ! He just seems like a goofball to those who don't know him !
He is an amazing guy. I first saw him on N.E.T. a satellitte tv network put together by Paul Weyrich and a few others. Barr was on to the Clintons long before most persons knew anything was wrong.
