Hey, get over on the Drudge thread where you belong.

I can't understand these fad diets. But some people simply cannot eat less and exercise. They have to do something drastic.

So I say, "whatever."

I wrote a diet newsletter for 20 years and NONE of my clients lost weight. They just wouldn't do what I did!!

My sister lost weight on a similar diet to Atkins. It was called the Quick Weight Loss Diet. She never gained it back, but I always throught it harmed her digestive system ... she had problems the rest of her life.
