You might want to look at the violations of our rights that were just requested by President Bush and that Congress passed before you call what this superintendent did "socialist think." Especially the parts of the new law that congressmen didn't have time to read before voting for it and which have no sunset provision, so are permanent law. Try secret searches of your home while you are not there, without a warrant. Gun owners might be interested in that one.

I've already thought about this "suspension" of certain Constitutional rights. It sucks. However, I think a Federal judge will put limits on it or do it the Constitutional way and "veto" it. But I suspect the judge will put limits on it. That's my hope anyway.
