This guy was obviously some wierdo, but we've dismissed others as wackos and look what has happened......It's excellent you took such accurate mental notes just incase of any incident in the next few days.....

My suggestion to you is to write down his description and exact comments to you, along with the location, time and date. We'll figure out this guy's identification if anything happens....
