I don't think any pics were taken. Incident took place approx. 3:15 P.M., most of us were gone for the day. I saw the guy walk north, stop by Race and start talking.
He was calm and appeared rather ordinary. Did not explain what he meant. My initial reaction was that he was some sort of military veteran and was disgusted. But, who knows???
Did you notice him talking to any parking meters on the
way back? They do that a lot. That's how you can tell
them from us.
