And these are the bozos you'd give unfettered access to all our email/homes/offices/medical information/financial information/etc? Combine this information with the sweeping powers granted to these SAME PEOPLE with the anti-terror legislation. THIS is why some of us FEAR our government!. Incompetence kills!

One supposed hot lead currently being pursued: the gun show conection Oh ya they sell lab equipment at all the shows, and all the "GunNuts" have PHDs in Micro Biology. Eule Gibbons taught me how to use gunnuts on my cereal too.

"And these are the bozos you'd give unfettered access to all our email/homes/offices/medical information/financial information/etc?" It's easier to not look like a bozo when you have more information.
Call me old fashioned, but I think that the FBI and CIA should know if someone is doing web searches for how to make or purchase anthrax. Heck, I probably wouldn't even mind if the FBI had a software program that scanned all unencrypted e-mail to see if someone was e-mailing instructions for an anthrax attack.
I'm sure that you see great injustices in our society daring to protect itself from such attacks, but you and I simply differ on various opinions.
