Oh mah Gawd!! Now I understand why the statue is still standing in one piece. They placed it in front of the local Garda "Police" station.

In place of the golf club, it would be more suitable to show a desk with Monica's head sticking out.

Obviously, he's depicted as about to hit his third mulligan. Great for the final scoring. He's such a liar, his true character was revealed on the golf course and in the Oval Office.
