While I am a believer in Yahweh and His beloved son, Yahshua Messiah, prayer is not going to change anything as it is written that all this will come to pass.

Goodness sake, Pres. Bush just signed a proclamation praising the u.n.. We can't serve two masters. We may be experiencing the commencement of the seven year tribulation as mentioned in Revelation.

P.S. I am also a staunch supporter of Israel. As for me, I am at peace with Christ.

I have always, since my first socio-political-religious awareness, been a supporter of Israel. It is as though it comes instinctively (though I am sure it was planted in the beginnings of my study of the Bible). I have often stood up against those who speak out against Israel, again almost as though it were my nature.

I am, however, searching for the true meaning of the earthly life of Chr-st, the interplays in heaven both in the infinite past, the sometimes foreboding present, and a future that seems at times as much destiny rather than deterministic. I pray to G-d in Jes-s' name and I teach my sons to pray. I try not to sin and I teach my sons the same. It is rarely easy.

I repent and turn to G-d. I would like to see our country do the same. On September 11, I watched in horror as more than 5,000 of my fellow citizens died a horrific death. I was already deeply horrified that our nation allows that many innocent lives taken by abortionists every day. There is a multitude of similar, unspeakable sin facilitated and tolerated by this country that needs to be eliminated. The United Stated must repent and turn to G-d.
