Israel lost it's conditional promise to the land when they committed the awesome act of rejecting their Messiah, the Lord Jesus Christ. They said let His blood be on their heads. God accepted that and cut them off in A.D. 70. They are no longer God's chosen people and have no more right to the land than you are I do.

Considerest thou not what this people have spoken, saying, The two families which the LORD hath chosen, he hath even cast them off? thus they have despised my people, that they should be no more a nation before them. Thus saith the LORD; If my covenant be not with day and night, and if I have not appointed the ordinances of heaven and earth; Then will I cast away the seed of Jacob, and David my servant, so that I will not take any of his seed to be rulers over the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob: for I will cause their captivity to return, and have mercy on them.

Your doctrine of men does not conform to the Word of God.

You are quoting OT scripture, written before the return from Babylonian captivity. You will find that in the NT book of Galatians, Christians [believers in Christ - the true seed of Abraham] are the heirs of the promises to Abraham. You must remember Paul's words in Romans that not "all Israel is of Israel."
