Fitz, the enemy are not taking our rights. We're surrendering them. It's exactly the same story here in Sydney with synagogues, Jewish schools, airline security; a story of mass hysteria, and a response completely out of all proportion to the 'threat', if there is a threat. We've had no terrorist incidents at all, yet Sydney airport is full of bored guards standing around in their black paramilitary uniforms. Yes, you guys had a morning of horrific terror in two cities three months ago. Those who carried it out are all dead. There have been no subsequent attacks. Yet some Americans are carrying on like the local Qwiky Mart could be targeted at any moment by Al-Qaeda. Who wins from all this madness? 1. the media, and 2. the government.
