Contents of the bag of Humanitarian Daily Ration, which was dropped after air attacks as a "Food Gift From The People Of The United States of America" to Afghanistan, are seen Sunday, Oct. 14, 2001 in Peshawar, Pakistan. Looks like two packets each of short bread and crackers, a pouch each of strawberry jam and (I assume) peanut butter, a packet each of sugar and salt, a pack (or two) of matches, and a moist towlette.
