Ok. I looked it up myself. According to The US Naval Observatory, here are the upcoming solar and lunar eclipses. If ramadan is in November, looks like we have a match in November 2003 (lunar eclipse followed two weeks later by a solar eclipse).

Take a look at December of this year...

So, if we bomb during Ramadan, they delay throwing our the first pitch, rescheduling for December. Flip flop the eclipses...
