People really do need to pay attention. There is a quite literal meaning to being "on guard." All of us need to be on guard.

Don't just get in the car, drive to the store, walk in, get what you want, walk out and drive back home. Look around your neigborhood before you get in the car. Have a look at as much as you can on your way to the store. On the way in the store, look to see if anyone is standing outside the doors, who is waiting in cars. In the store, watch peoples hands, notice who is around you and what they are doing.

You don't have to be obnoxious or paranoid about it. Just make it a part of your new lifestyle to be observant.

Yes you are right. Didn't George Walker tell us to be aware of unusual behavior and report it? Then what is the problem with the autorities on this one? I don"t get it! What would it take for them to go there check it out and find out. Actually they should be staking it period!!
