I dunno, I think with every passing day our chances of capturing bin Laden get smaller. I also think every additional day there spent bombing what little infrastructure is left in that country will not only increase our financial commitment to rebuild what we helped destroy, but will spawn additional bin Laden copycats inspired by his ability to elude us. If we do manage to capture bin Laden, will it have been worth inspiring 10,000 others to take his place?

They may not have the capability today, but I assure you that at some point in the future terrorists from this region of the world are going to have access to nuclear weapons and biological weapons that make Anthrax look a weak strain of the flu. Do we really want to anger an entire region of the world so much that they go on hating us for hundreds of years to come?
