That's an interesting point. The most famous "conspiracy theory," known to most adult Americans, is some version of the Jim Garrison-Oliver Stone account of the JFK assassination. "Right-wing extremists" in the CIA and Pentagon conspiring to off Kennedy. That's a...uh...liberal conspiracy theory entertained even by...uh...white-wine-swilling, quiche-eating, pampered Ivy Leaguers. Another curiosity from the liberal hall of self-contradiction.
