A few moments later, a block away and around the corner, the same men almost ran over a lady, Kathy (not real name), who worked at the nearby phone company. Kathy became a witness for KFORTV in OKC and Kathy described one of the men in the truck in detail. KFORTV reported that this man was an Iraqi who had served in Saddam Hussein’s Republican Guard and had been seen with McVeigh several times in OKC before the bombing. The Iraqi had been brought to the US along with other Iraqis by the Clinton administration over the objections of US Senators and POW organizations. KFORTV presented reports to refute the alibi of the Iraqi.
