Yes, but that analysis doesn't explain why the FBI would quietly and aggressively go along with it. IMO, FBI had it's own ax to grind or there would have been leaks by the dozens from the inside -- we KNOW a lot of FBI insiders hated Klintoon's guts.

Why would the FBI go along with it? Good question. But if what Schippers is saying is true (and I happen to trust him), not all of them did go along with it. There are a number of FBI agents who were pulled off the cases when they discovered Clinton's coverup. The good news is that they want to talk.
