What was the reasoning behind the decision to allow Iraqi military personnel entry into the U.S. What was the purpose or benefit to our national interest to allow these folks entry?
"What was the reasoning behind the decision to allow Iraqi military personnel entry into the U.S. What was the purpose or benefit to our national interest to allow these folks entry?" Like some are busy NOT answering and ignoring one name; Both Bush AND Clinton apparently made that decision. I don't know that there was any reason, other than Maybe Humanitarian, given for it.
