In the movie, Neuman is a player coach on a terrible team. The team is in the dumps and his career is long past it's prime. He has tried to find out who owns the team. It is a widowed mother, rich whos tax lawyers have come to the conclusion that even though the team is making money she'd make more money folding the team. Thus putting 30 people out of work. When he goes to see this woman in her beautiful home her som is out front. Let's say he isn't a manly boy. The woman explains her point of view and he lets her have it. Mostly for not having any faith or care in her fellow man, her employees. He was striking out at her for caring for higher profit before fellow man. I liked the statement as I felt it strange for a liberal like Neuman. It says a lot about the homosexual agenda that America has refused to confront.

not really, take reasonably care of your employees and they will stand up for you and if they see you trying and working they will work harder too. I have had employees that should have been let go. Given them a chance and seen them prosper as caring adults with kids and responsibilities. Ask them to jump off the roof for you and these loyal folk will. You backed them.
