I read the link. Looks like cheese is fine so long as you wash it down with lots of wine. So I made a huge pot of homemade manicotti last week, which we went ape over, good thing we had wine to wash it down with -- YUMMY. Had excellent peach margarita with our Mexican food last night at a new local restaurant -- OLE!
