It's fairly simple, but the picture must first already be posted on the Web somewhere. Once you find an interesting picture, while using Netscape or Internet Explorer, right-click on the picture. Oe of the optios will be "Copy This Image's Shortcut" or "Copy Image Location". Do that.

Then come to FR, and start writing your post or reply. When at the point you want the picture, type < img src = " and after the opening quotation mark, paste in the link you copied, then close quote and close bracket.
