I don't think it was cowardice, I think it was just shock.

But what do you expect from students from ZooMass and Hampshire College, an experimental "school" you can get degrees in Ultimate Frisbee from. At least Amherst is a respected academic institution.

I used to live in Amherst for a number of years. I almost went to that school. I don't remember it being such a hotbed of shiite liberalism....but it doesn't REALLY surprise me, sadly...
