I don't have a problem with Australia....geesh....couldn't our Prez just call your Prime Minister and tell him "thanks, doing a great job there".....

,,, our Prime Minister (Helen Clark) got a call from Dubya within the last week, saying just that. What's at issue here though is Australia, a country with a strong pro-US track record and what's being put to the vote has been voted on almost unanamously. At the outset of this thread there was curiosity about the way Ron Paul voted - I'm still in the dark about that and so are many other posters. Obviously, the rest of the representatives voting understand the value.
