I just talked to the company dispatched on this first, and they said it was being reported all over the city,

and that the substance was being analyzed by the naval airstation to see what it was.

That would tend to mitigate against anything obvious like cottonwood or spiders, n'est ce pas?

Please try to stay on top of it and see what they find out. If it's anything we'd want to know about, it may be difficult to pry it out of them.
