Does anyone know if Sarah Brady was a liberal Democrat from the start? Or did the shooting of her husband twenty years ago cause her to become "awakened" to the "need" for liberalism? I understand that Jim Brady was a Republican prior to the shooting. He was originally a spokesman for the 1980 failed John Connally presidential campaign.
