AS for intermarrying, you think SOME Jews are any different than other ethnic groups? They want to preserve their culture, and not see their grandkids become devout Baptists. Whatever you may think of that, there are PLENTY of Christians who would be not a bit happy if their daughter married an atheist or Muslim or Buddhist.
