From what I remember the good snatch and grabs were always based on hot intel. SOP was the job was done before we got the go/no go order from the REMF's. Old intel meant a cluster f*ck of great magnitude. The intel I would hope for would be some contacts for the dirty war phase and some lists of USA contacts.
Unfortunately that means someone is going to have to go into the tunnels and caves. Also they will hopefully get more prisoner intel.

I think we will get plenty of "chieu hoi" defectors from folks we grab on the outside. Maybe they can point out cave complexes, but since we don't want to occupy the country, I'd support using any means to extinguish all life inside without putting our troops at risk.
