Very well-written, Ivan! There is one issue that isn't addressed, however, and that is population growth. Mulsims breed like bunnies. I read that they average 6 births per woman. Meanwhile, the rest of us are shrinking in population, and our populations are aging as well. Muslims could eventually outnumber us. What about that?
