Not once the cabin is pressurized....the door opens "in."

No. It can't even be opened on the ground, once the plane is pressurized.

I don't think windows will open while in flight, something about inside airpressure and ourside lack of. I'm guessing that also wind speed outside an aircraft would prevent it. Don't know for sure. However, if it would be possible and none of the other passengers be harmed, that would be one quick way to get rid of a couple of the RagHeads.
