What time? I work in downtown as well and haven't seen or heard anything.
I'm also in downtown Cleveland and have heard nothing. Was by the Fed Building early this afternoon and didn't see anything out of the ordinary.
Seems everyone is a bit on edge. Trouble is, it's what you don't see that can kill you.
