I fail to see how the action of the Lexington mayor justifies an indictment against all of Kentucky.

Happy to justify for you, Wildcat: In Lexington is a Vetnam Memorial...commonly known as the Sundial. It has asymetrical slabs laid out around a sundial that allows the shadow to tough the name of a KY KIA on the date KIA. The outter perimeter of the memorial has different slabs and the shadow will NEVER touch those names...the MISSING. Kentuck, the governor, the memorial committe for the state, etc. all have stated that flying the POW flag would "detract" from the US and KY flags! Of all places, a Vietnam Memorial should be THE place that flag flies! The memorial has also ignored the federal requirement that the POW flag be flown on the dates specified. KY is the ONLY state where a Vietnam Memorial is located the DOES NOT fly the POW flag over the memorial. We have battled the legislature for years over this...now, Mayor Miller (decietful, dispicabple as she is) has decided she will not fly the flag at city hall either. That explain why KY is on the veteran hate list?
