I just walked past the City Government building here in Lexington, and there were four flags flying.
The American Flag (Thank goodness it was on top)
The LFUCG (local government) Flag
A Tree City USA flag from the Arbor Day Foundation (fitting)
Some insignificant flag that I could not make out.
I'm not sure about the Vietnam Memorial, but that is what flies above the local government offices, and MIA/POW is definitely not there.
Pretty pathetic if you ask me.
