Kofi wants the International Criminal Court to try Osama ben Laden although it will take two years before they are up to scratch and the US did not ratify the agreement yet. Clinton did sign on at the last minute.
He knows that when this war is over the UN will have fallen a few more notches and may indeed get their walking papers out of New York.

I have REAL concerns that the attack upon us will convince our own citizens of the "necessity" of the Internazional Criminal Court...and our participation in its nurturing and growth.
Get people riled up enough...they might think this is a good idea. :-(
