Problem is, I don't think we could pull off an Operation Desert Storm again. It would take a long time to rebuild certain facets of our military thanks to Clinton. Didn't we mothball the A-10's? Either way I think this will lead to serious repercussions for Saddam. I mean this guy has had 10 years to rebuild now we have to go after him again. I liked Bush Sr. but he should have gone all the way, now we have a guy on our hands thats probably been scheming revenge for 10 years. While during that time our CIA was emasculated by "feel good politics".
