Drat! That post is in response to the one above yours. I'm sorry -- and a little cranky this morning. The solution to terror (IMHO) is to kill them where they are. I thought that having joined the battle would have calmed some peoples fears. You can't produce bioweapons without facilities. As of this morning, they have fewer facilities. My apologies.
