"Although I'd asterik Bonds' record myself. Safeco field's got a very short right-field fence. Almost TOO short, IMHO."

Safeco is in Seattle. Bonds played 3 interleague gamse there, with one homer. What's your point?

Bonds rules. After he started his own show on KNBR I had a whole new respect for the man. At first I was mad because I loved Will Clark and was unhappy that the man with the most beautiful swing in baseball was traded away. And of course the press hammered him. But after getting to listen to him my whole attitude changed. He's a very nice man who doesn't do "PC."

I like Bonds alot and he has earned his place as one of the best players in baseball regardless of his failures in the post season.

His defensive play is virtually ignored by those who like to dis' him but he's a golden glover who takes every aspect of his play seriously.

My bad - I meant Pac Bell park. The one in San Francisco. The one that has about 300 feet from the fence to home plate.
