They need to put an * next to this record seeing as how he had an extra week of rest/time off this season. Pre 9/11/01, Bonds was averaging one homerun for every 6.7 plate appearances.
Post 9/11/01 has him hitting one every 5.
If Bonds would have hit homeruns for the entire season at the rate he is after post 9/11/01, he would have 94 homeruns.
