What a thoughtless, ill-informed statement. Typical of the generalizations uttered by the moral equivalency types who cannot connect a logical thought from A to B. I am sorry, but it's true.
Why would you even say such a thing? President Bush's speech could not have made it clearer that the targets are military installations, command centers, and known terrorist camps. The civilians who have hung around these areas must know the risks. CNN and FOX have been showing footage of Afghani people fleeing to the borders, they obviously have heard the news that the Taliban is going to be under attack.
So, why the comment?
Now which is it??? There ain't no in between.
