Christians familiar with present-day prophecy and prophetic dreams by God's people to build up, bless, and guide His Church can find a wellspring of information from the newsletters about how to pray for our country and needs around the world. It is particularly pertinent to the current response by our government to the terrorist attacks.

I have watched the fruit of this ministry for a long time and am confident that they are solidly based in the Word of God and are exercising proper oversight regarding the prophetic words they distribute to the body of Christ.

My only intent in posting this type of information is to help people who want to pray for America. I am not posting this to draw out discussion on doctrines, etc.

DREAM: CIVIL GOVERNMENT MUST SUBMIT TO GOD'S PERFECT TIMING

A dream is one of God’s key ways of communicating with His people. I have always noticed in my life, which can be hectic at times, this is one way that God will give me a clear message once my mind and emotions are quiet. On Monday, September 24, I dreamed the following:

I was standing looking at a huge lake. The lake was covered with a coat of thin ice. A puzzle piece would drop from heaven and I would walk out upon the icy lake and put the piece in place. Before long, I recognized the puzzle that was covering the lake was a map of the United States. I finally laid the last piece of the puzzle in place. It was the state of New Mexico. Once I did that, it was as if I ascended three levels into the heavens. The best way to describe this ascension was a staircase that would go up. At each floor there was a meeting room where I would watch a counsel convening and discussing their plans. I would then walk up to the next level. These meetings were governmental type meetings. I would watch these meeting as they occurred.

The first government council was the council of the enemy. His government was unable to see the plan of destiny that was in place over nation. In this meeting they continued to plan and plot their wicked schemes over how to disrupt and bring chaos. On the next floor was the council of civil governments. These were able to better understand the present times and issues regarding the United States, and were discussing how to protect this nation. The third floor held the council of God. His government had been called into council over how to advance His Kingdom in the United States.

On this floor I was able to walk into the council and see all the key issues regarding the United States and its future. Because I was at a higher level, I could fully see the key places in the United States where the Church needed to reinforce itself. I could also see key cities that needed to be at “watch” carefully against the enemy’s plan. It seemed as if I could also see the time frame that was necessary for the Church to intercede so that the wisdom of God could come into full maturity and be executed in the earth realm. While I was watching from this third floor, someone from the second floor began to approach the puzzle map that was in place upon the lake. I began to yell, “ Not yet! Not yet!” He could not hear my voice, proceeded without caution, causing the ice to break and the entire puzzle plan fell into the lake. I awakened.

The Spirit of God began to speak to me and give me a portion of the interpretation of the dream. He said, “I have a clear plan for America. I am calling the Body of Christ into a new, mature strength. I am calling My people into intercession NOW. This plan will produce victory in days ahead, and will bring justice that will affect the world. I am calling My people to pray for the civil government of this land. I am a God who puts leaders in place. I have positioned the leadership of this nation for such a time as this.

Even though the civil government is gaining a clearer direction of My purpose, the plan that is forming and maturing is on very thin ice at this time. The civil government of this nation has developed a unity and is gaining timely wisdom. Unless my people pray, this plan will not be in firm place to advance, and much destruction can occur. If My people who are called by My name will pray, not only will I heal and secure their land, but from their land I will touch the world in an incredible way, reveal My Glory, and call forth My inheritance in every nation. I can foil the plans of the enemy that are set against cities in this nation and cause many cities to experience a sweeping move of My Spirit. However, the civil government of this nation must move in My perfect timing.

The issue of revelation is knowing what to do at a distinct moment in time, who to go to, what to say, and when to say it. If the Church does not surround the civil government of this land at this time, it will move out of My perfect timing and the ultimate plan for this nation will be postponed. I call My Church to follow the leadership of My Son for He is the Head of the Body. If they will lay down their doctrinal differences and cry out to me, they will not only keep the civil government in My perfect timing, but they will cause the enemy to be blinded and unable to prosper in evil plans of destruction.”

I see the Church needs to be at full alert at this time. I see this as a time of revelation. I see that the Lord is calling together spiritual counsels and releasing wisdom and direction into the earth realm. I see a need for apostolic leadership in cities to rise up. I see a need for full communication between God’s intercessory prophetic dimension and apostolic leaders in the key cities of our nation. I see this is a time that we do not need to debate on whether we should support our government. This is a time that we need to obey the Word of God and pray for those in authority. This is not a time to get caught up in political dissension.

This is a time for the Church to repent of allowing a political spirit to bring dissension and divided us. This has caused us not [to] have power, and allowed desolation to come in to our midst. We as a Church can come into agreement with the throne room of heaven and release revelation to the earth so that civil government will gain clarity of God’s purposes of justice in the earth realm. These are times to fully find our footing so we know how to stand in the future. I see if we gather the revelation God is releasing from heaven we can secure the borders of our states.

I see that God has a plan to rise up the watchman anointing in every key city in our nation. I see the Church standing at a new place by the end of the year, and taking new stands in January and February. If we do this, we will overthrow plans of the enemy that are hidden. If the Church does not find their firm footing at this time, we will see civil government moving outside of God’s timing. Daniel 7:25 says, “He shall speak pompous words against the Most High, shall persecute the saints of the Most High, and shall intend to change times and the law.”

God is forming a perfect plan of victory. The plan has not yet had time to mature. If this plan is moved upon prematurely, God’s plan of justice will be postponed. We must surround that plan in prayer NOW. It seemed to me that God’s perfect time for advancement to dethrone the thrones of the enemy would be from the week before Christmas until the third week of February.

In this Word - which includes calls to prayer By Paul Keith and Wanda Davis and Bob Jones - got to me:

This morning, the Holy Spirit released a series of revelations strategic in overcoming the efforts of the Lord’s enemy. In a variety of visions, Bob, Wanda and myself were all shown differing aspects of the plans of the enemy as it relates to Israel and the church.

The predominant design of the adversary is to escalate issues regarding Israel and the church, hoping to preempt the timing of the Lord to bring certain events into fruition. Regarding Israel, the enemy is trying to bring battles to place before the appointed time.

By increasing terrorism and murder on the citizens of Israel, the enemy is trying to press that nation’s leadership to the point beyond their ability to tolerate further terrorism. Once achieved, Israel will then respond with substantial military force to gain the security of her borders and provide safety for her citizens.

PAST THE POINT OF TOLERANCE

Once this place of intolerance is reached, severe strikes will take place against those sponsoring terrorism with a very strong arm of justice. In so doing, they will then become "an army of slaughter". The intent of the enemy is to drive Israel to this place so that world opinion, including that of America, would turn against Israel for using an over abundance of strength in retaliation for the terrorist attacks.

THE ENEMY'S SPECIFIC INTENT

That is the intent of the enemy. To turn the entire world against the nation of Israel. Our hope and promise from the Lord in these revelations, is His willingness to hear our prayers and release the authority to begin to turn these plans back so they are not achieved. Already, certain measures of this plan will have been put in motion, however, the ultimate purpose can be overcome through intercession.

In recent months, prayer has begun to expose hidden agendas and plots and caused truth to become apparent where lies previously prevailed regarding Israel and the leadership of nations set against her. World attention and opinion has begun to measurably change because of this and the enemy is hoping to change that.

Thus far it has been the intent of the Israeli government to respond and target only Palestinian leadership and military positions, even though the terrorism has been focused against the citizens of Israel. If this line is crossed, the retaliation by Israel will include not only military targets but also overflow into the Palestinian citizens and refugee camps. This will be tragic for all.

THE BATTLE IS IN THE SPIRIT

Ultimately, the Lord loves the Palestinian people and desires for them to come to the knowledge of the Truth. Nevertheless, He hates the evil spirits sponsoring terrorism and violating the covenant land to which He is betrothed. Therefore, the battle is accordingly waged in the realm of the spirit where the prevailing spiritual forces direct and dictate the actions of men.

We should likewise pray that the leadership of Israel recognizes this ultimate plan of the enemy and exercises prudence in the military responses to the terrorism; yet, at the same time provide security for her citizens. If they perceive it is the inevitable plan of the enemy to draw them into a position of compromise before the world, then they would become more likely to exercise restraint and not allow this cunning purpose to be accomplished.

PLANS OF CONFLICT

In addition to Israel, the enemy is stirring the spiritual atmosphere around the Philippines and Indonesia causing strife and conflict in these regions. The plan is to create such a stir in many diverse places throughout the earth that our resources and attention are segmented.

This is also true of our prayers.

The enemy is trying to create so many different diversions and issues requiring prayer that we fail to recognize his ultimate plan to frustrate the birthing of God’s purposes in our nation and in the earth.

CLEAR PROPHETIC WARNING ABOUT THE U.S. INVOLVEMENT IN IRAQ

Many prophetic leaders are receiving clear warning about our nations involvement in Iraq. We MUST intervene through prayer and ask the Lord to cause the hearts of our nation’s leaders to wisely handle this critical decision. There are certain boundaries that the Lord has set which we cannot cross in our pursuit of terrorism.

A sincere and honorable brother we know in Australia was shown in a prophetic experience how delicate and important these decisions are.

The Lord has promised that our prayers can make the difference.

Here is his experience:

"A few days ago I had an experience where I found myself standing on a very high rocky mountain with the Lord. The Lord then pointed to a large volcano in the distant a multitude of demonic creatures were coming out of the Volcano. I said Lord what is this? He said; These are spirits of hate and they are being sent to inflame the Islamic world with intense hatred. These will be triggered by the USA going into certain Nations in pursuit of terrorists. If this horde of demons is released they will also inflame every protest group in the world. Ethnic groups and all dissident groups will be affected. This, if allowed to happen will have grave consequences for Israel especially in the biological warfare arena.

I had the impression that this will happen if the USA goes into one particular Nation which at present I don't know which Nation. It may pursue terrorists into other Nations without this affect being triggered, but there is one Nation they must not go into. The Lord also indicated that this could be avoided by intercession."

THY KINGDOM COME-- HOW TO PRAY

As an intercessory body, we first and foremost pray for the revelation of His kingdom in the earth. Further, we release the power and authority of heaven to begin to overcome the plans of the enemy against Israel and the various conflicts being created in this hour.

At this point, the enemy recognizes that he can no longer resist certain things that are at the threshold of their "Kairos" moment. Now, his plan has altered to the place of pushing those things out of their prescribed parameters and timing. Ultimately, he is attempting to draw the nations into battles before their time as well as the Church into certain spiritual battles before our equipping is complete. The enemy’s only hope for victory is to draw us into a confrontation before we are fully prepared by the Lord for the battle. Once we have received the full measure of "Christ in us," then the victory is sure.

EZEKIEL 8 & 9 IS "NOW"

During the morning, Wanda also received a revelation from the Lord in which she was audibly given Ezekiel chapters 8 and 9 for this specific season.

In this experience, she was specifically told that Ezekiel 8 is for "NOW."

This marked the revelation of the Shekinah Glory of God and a visitation from the Lord in a tangible way. Likewise, Ezekiel 9 denotes the "marking" of those who cry and languish over the abominations being committed in the earth. This will signify those who come before the Lord in intercession crying out for the pure purposes of heaven to be established in the earth and against the plans of the enemy.

BOB JONE'S TERRIBLE IMAGES OF DESTRUCTION AND DEATH BUT PRAYER CAN ALTER THESE THINGS.

Bob’s visions included images of destruction and death that were so vivid that it has taken him hours to overcome the impact and weight of the tragedy. Thankfully, he was instructed in the vision that prayer could alter the results.

The Holy Spirit has shown me in a variety of ways how the spirit of "betrayal" is being dispersed throughout the spirit realm trying to find a resting place. This includes those in the church as well as civil and government leaders. At the same time, the Lord is asking that we embrace loyalty and unity among ourselves and pray for these attributes to be resident in the leaders of peoples and nations. That is the conflict presently being waged.

Prayer can make the difference.

Prov 21:21— He who pursues righteousness and loyalty finds life, righteousness and honor.
