Where did you get THAT number from. I find it highly suspect that 1 in 3 Romanians have HIV/AIDS. I know HIV/AIDS is on the rise all through eastern Europe now due to the increase in tourism (tourists with HIV/AIDS)and IV drug use,but flat-out don't believe that figure

Oh, it's supposed to be one in three thousand two hundred for Romania. In other words one tenth of the infection rate in the US.
