I am a Southerner, (by the grace of God). We true Southeners aren't quite so thin-skinned as you "transplants".
You too? We don't still know where the man is really from because he could have had false id papers.
This almost says our problem. We have to have a suspicion about some precise race or cult, just to know where to direct our anger. The FBI knew this. They knew that if they do not provide us with instant evidence so as to point our anger at someone, we may get so confused, then direct our anger at the government becasue they were too sloppy.
I do not have the right to incriminate anyone. I would be giving too much credit to myself. I merely look at the evidence with an objective eye, and say, as calmly as possible: We still do not know who's behind it. Period. No need for bad feelings. Hate is bad for the heart. If you feel too tight right now, I advise you to take a deep breath (this is not sarcasm), have a nice walk in the sun, have a bath or do whatever makes you feel good. The state of anger is not a normal physiological state and it drives people nuts. In Islam, a judge is forbidden from judging if he's angry for whatever reason.
I have dual citizenship and one head. Thanks.
You say Arabs/Muslims were not involved in this cowardly, sneak attack on innocent civilians. I say they were. If you have evidence they were not then you ought to be talking with the FBI. I'm sure they'd be delighted to hear from you. Certainly, not all Arabs/Muslims are hijackers but it is certain that 100% of the maniacs who hijacked those 4 airplanes and murdered all those people were Arabs/Muslims.
I happen to disagree. Most of the people in the world (Europe, Asia, and the Middle-East) are asking the right question: "Who is behind the attacks?". Do you know what the FBI did? They instantly got the names of the passengers, filtered out the Arab names, and started to investigate around them. All the evidence till now is circumstancial. If I have access to your phone and your FBI files, I can find circumstancial evidence against you. Yet it would be nonsense, wouldn't it?
Then you see this:

So some of the hijackers used Arab names, whether by stealing passports or whatever. Why would an Arab use another Arab name to hijack a plane while he can just use his own? Obviously, they intended to stick it to Arabs. Pure and simple.
If you look at the photos of the hijackers on CNN, you'll notice that none of them even has a beard. Muslims in American are all over the streets with beards even after the attacks. The hijackers had nothing to fear if they were practicing their "true Islamic faith" by having beards, so it's unreasonable to think that they shaved just to avoid suspicion. Plus the drunk hijacker bull that they're giving us.. Too childish. They're innocent students for crying out loud.

Late Mrs. Sweeney noticed nothing different about their looks or she would have said so. How could she know their seat numbers and not notice that they looked Arab? The most funny thing is the last few lines: "Also, the seat numbers she gave were different from those registered in the hijackers' names." Well who were in the seat numbers she mentioned? Shouldn't we know? Obviously the FBI is keeping that to themselves. I hope they're investigating around them.
I'm taking the time to type this long reply becasue I noticed that you seem to be the most neutral attacker of mine, i.e., my most dignified attacker :). I hope you consider what I'm writing seriously.
Your arguement the FBI shaped a case against the Arab names on each of the flights is just too preposterous and paranoid to earn any serious consideration. The use of stolen passports may, in fact, be true but the passports would still have to fit the description of the passengers. It just isn't likely that a Lars Andersson type presented a passport with the name Waleed Al Shehri and no one questioned it. Come on. Not even once, much less on 4 flights at 2 airlines in 3 cities and with 19 hijackers ? Who do you think would believe any portion of that wild tale ? It is a ridiculous claim. I'm sure persons with legitimate duplicate names will surface. Names such as: Alhamzi, Ahmed, Al-Midhar are as commonplace in the Arab world just as Smith and Jones are here. Assumed names or stolen idenities are used to protect a family name or assets. That's a no brainer. There is not one plausible reason to believe the FBI's case isn't a solid one. They have enlisted the assistance of nearly every intelligence gathering or police agency around the world. It is laughable to believe that all have conspired against the Arab world.
The flight attendant's mention of different seat numbers means nothing. It is not at all unusual that a passenger would change seats for a better view or to avoid talking to someone, especially in business or first.
I am not neutral, not at all. I support any and all actions taken now and in the future by President Bush. Terrorism is a scourge on humanity and it must stop. Now is the time and we are the people. That is my final word on this subject.
