Iraq giving "priority" to trade with Russia and Syria, minister says
BBC Monitoring Service - United Kingdom; Sep 30, 2001

Text of report by Iraqi radio on 30 September

Trade Minister Dr Muhammad Mahdi Salih said Russia comes first among 75 countries with which Iraq has trade ties. During his meeting with a Russian press delegation which is currently visiting Iraq, the minister said Russian exports to Iraq, within the oil-for-food programme, so far total 4.204bn dollars. He said Iraq gave priority to Russia and Syria in its foreign trade ties, based on the instructions of President Saddam Husayn, in view of their rejection of the stupid sanctions [reference to the smart sanctions] draft.

The trade minister added that relations between the two countries will witness great development in the future. The two countries have agreed on a long-term economic cooperation programme, according to which Russian companies will implement projects worth approximately 40bn dollars.

The meeting was attended by Dr Abd-al-Razzaq al-Hashimi, head of the Friendship, Peace and Solidarity Organization, and a number of officials at the Trade Ministry.

Are you familiar with the concept of the Perestroika Deception? If true, this theory would help to explain many strange things that have been happening, particularly since about 1995.

Not only are the Americans mesmerized, so are the Taiwanese. Many Taiwanese companies have been moving their operations to the mainland in search of ever cheaper labor. Since most of the execs are either on the take or have girlfriends / second wives / second families on the mainland, they are now beholden to their new masters in a big way. Of course, there are still no consistent laws governing business, or recourse for any company that actually wants to practice Western style ethics and forgo all the bribery and Guangxi. That's the PRC version of "openness".

"Russia--a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma" -- Winston Churchill

It's very simple, Russia is at the same time amoral and very submissive to its government, collectivity and collective representatives. Amoral means Russia likes to f5ck with anything.

Amoral: "Sex", it makes absolutely no difference in life, it's like eating.

Extreme Submission for Survival: win the war by killing your own (the snipers to shoot front line troops against Germans ... arm your enemy in Chechnya to fake Russian martyrdom and weakness)

Collectivity mindset: share the wealth means also share the pain, build up potemkin martyrs and enemy evil doers. Make sure that Russians die last or at least at the same time as others...

Collective Representative: Only praise the technological and brain power of the elite, forget their murders and psychotic behavior steming from a profound lack of intuition coupled with creative minds highly productive in making life axioms that deny the existence of other axioms such as G_d. Disregard the individual's voice and axiomatic needs and inherent foresightedness on its own fate. Forget information and communication, follow the leader's choreography.

I am actually.... And what exactly are you trying to say with this? How does it explain a lot of things since 1995, IF (and thats a big IF) it is true? It doesn't change the fact that NATO is expanding left, right, and centre, or the fact that the US Defence Budget is about 30 times larger than Russia's...........

In short, please explain......

hmmmmm, Hypocricy? Lets criticise others for what we do.............. Do what i say, not what i do.......

The US is going to fight terrorism too.... I wonder what advice they will give to Macedonia and Serbia? Oops... Thats a question that we shouldn't be asking tho is it....

Propaganda is pouring out of every hole, but they can't fool everyone.....

I'd sure like to hear what the Macedonians and Serbs are telling NATO right now

Me too...... I'd say it would be something along the lines of "we told you so. We also like the idea of a global fight against terrorism, and now we think it is time you gave us the opportunity to rid ourselves of these terrorists".....

How do you think NATO would respond? my guess is " they are not terrorists, they are freedom fighters (this would be for media consumption)" and personally (the bit we don't see) something like "You lay one finger on the KLA/NLA and you won't get any foreign aid (wich they won't get anyway), and we'll bomb the crap out of you"......

I remember that, I think it was in 1999, Milosevic said that he got wind of a Bin Laden plot to blow up the US embassy in Albania, and he informed Washington of this.

What does this tell you? To me it paints the picture that Washington should not be informed of such plots as they can then prevent them from happening. Thus, continue to lie to their population about the bulls--t war they are waging. Innocent lives would be lost that could have been saved (if such information was not passed on), but i think this would be the only way for the sheeple to realise who the enemy really is........

It truely is a shame that innocent people have to die for people to wake up..... Unfortunatly, sometimes that isn't enough either........

I saw the terrorist attack on America as a golden opportunity for Bush to change America's foriegn policy away from the retarded policy that Clinton had..... Alas, it doesn't seem to be happening........ I truely hope i'm wrong.......
