I'm not sure which one you're referring to. If you mean the ties between Carlucci, Soros, Carlyle Group and the Bush Family, you'll need to become versed in info on Carlucci and Soros. The best method is to use the terms 'carlucci freerepublic' and then 'soros freerepublic' and read the info that was developed, some of it years ago.
