Correction: Powell is a HUGE fool! This guy is utterly worthless as Sec. of State. I can't blame Bush from picking him in the beginning, but he's shown himself to been a liberal and a pussy when it comes to the fight! He should be fired for insubordination and the Bush should appoint Swartkoft to the job!
